Well....i been really quite a long time never do update in this blog....
it seems like a dead blog....haha...between this month, really happened lots of things...
neither happy nor sad ,we must still go on....hehe^^
this week i just switch schedule with wilson...
means i am going to work night shift and wilson going to work breakfast shift....
Few weeks ago we had visit a garden of friend of mine here for a bbq dinner....
it's small garden with a small resthouse...
every1 need to prepared something for that dinner...a.k.a potluck la...
now just let the picture do the talking, and i will sqeeze in my story in between..

EXPERIENCE WITH A 3 MICHELIN STAR CHEF
Mr.Harald Wolfahrt is a germany 3 michelin star chef who own a restaurant in black forest....and he is invited to our hotel to cook a four course meal to served 160 pax special invited guest of a 'special' event in our hotel....and so nice that we have chance to work for him....and i was working from 5.00am to midnight and have some beer with them until 1.00am...still standing after 20hour...it's very nice experience thou....at the end we took a picture with him.....let's the picture do the talking....
the 1st course i didnt manage to take picture...and

starter :
skewered prawn and scallop served on coconut risotto and curry sauce
Main course :
Beef Tenderloin with truffle crusting served with morel and brocolli

i fall from my bike when i cycling to working at moring 4.30am..^^
