Europe trip : Part I - Amsterdam

Here I'll let the picture do all the talking...This is my Europe trip 1st destination...

AMSTERDAM!!
Along the way to Amsterdam, cows and sheep is on both side of the train track...

Once we reached, we head to our hostel
*this is a very busy street for 24/7 @ anytime of the day*

What a nice building for a SHOPPING MALL!!

As we know, Amsterdam is a city above the water...
or should say they have many rivers....hahahaa

many people there own them a boat, so on weekend or holidays..
they'll hop on the boat with a bottle of wine and travel around the city....

This Chipsy king is ONLY selling French fries with a choice of topping sauce...
BUT..they are producing every minute to satisfied the market...
which until late midnight people are still lining up to buy that.....

Finally I am back to Malaysia....as for this few days, there's a lot of people asking me what happened to my blog????It's dead??? hahahaha...of course not, becauce I'm little too busy....
One week after my europe trip I went to Pulau Redang with wilson again to discover another place that I never discover before... we stay at Redang Pelangi Resort...it was so fully equiped...meal is included and all time biscuit,bread,coffee,tea available at canteen once you get hungry....I had my 1st diving experience and snorkerling as well....I had promises them and myself I will definately going back next year for the fact that now is going to have monsoon there....having a close contact with those fishes and corals that not everyone had experience before.....

from now on, I will post my europe trip day by day follow by country here...
it's impossible to make it all in 1....pls come up more frequent and enjoy my blog...

Switzerland- Italy- Paris- MALAYSIA

hihi everyone....
Yesterday just leave Paris at evening....
by 1st class train with really good service on board....
Currently now I am staying in YMCA Basel, Switzerland....
Service here in YMCA is really good....
because they provides us as traveller with their city card...
which able us to use the trams, buses or train INSIDE the city of Basel...
and it's FREE!!!

Here, in Basel is a small town with loads of restaurant, pizzeria, Cafe and boutique....
Just had a brunch at a restaurant for their attracting lunch menu....

1st course : Wild mushroom soup
2nd course : Cucumber and Tomatoes Carparcio
Main course : Roast Chicken Breast with Lemon Risotto and Mushroom Ragout
* accompanied with breads
* ideal a glass of wine with choice of red or white/Beer/Plain Water
Total bill for 2 person = 77 Swiss frank(about 52euro)
we seated at the back terrace with an white umbrella for each table....
overall was a good dining experience...and
today is a SUNNY day!!!

Now I am thinking about where to eat dinner....
and Tomorrow morning will be taking an early train to Luzern...

will update my location and happening stuff once free....
keep an eye once free too!!
one more week will be back to MALAYSIA!!

Here come my Europe trip!!

I just finish my training last Sunday...

It's pretty free in the hotel is because of summer holiday now...

Well..main point is my travelling part is starting!!!!!

I will be travelling from tml morning till 4th September!!!

Below is my simple travel itenery.....

19th-21st August - Amsterdam
21st-25th August - Paris City
25th-27th August - Visiting small villages in france
27th-30th August - thru small villages then go into Switzerland
30th-31st August - Venice, Italy
31st-2nd September - Milan, Italy

2nd-3rd September - fly back from Milan to Paris city
(last night in europe)
3rd September 12.00noon returning back to Malaysia by MAS

4th September 6.35am reach KLIA!!! HOME SWEET HOME~

My dear friends and family....I'll be returning soon!!!
Cant wait to see you all!!!!

It's another post again!!!!!

This is mua 1st time visit to London,United Kingdom!!!

It's a very good place for those people who want to learn 'proper' english to go.

hahahha....LOL

Here come the question...how come I been to London suddenly??

haha...becoz few weeks ago...there's a promotion made by the local airline!!!

So, i jus booked even before telling head chef here....

We are flying to london for 1 euro ONLY!! Can you believe it??

It's not kidding...only 1 Euro per way.....keke..

after converting back is around RM2o...BUT for 2 person...

Did any1 fly to london with Rm10 only???....haha

that's the reason we went there....it's only 3days 2nights backpacking trip...

London trip started by reaching London Liverpool Street by Stansted express

Once we reached the airport...

We decided to take a express train instead of a bus to london main city...

It's save up more than 1 hour and it doesn't cost much different...

Just right after we check-in to our dorm,

we came out right immediately to look for FOOD..

And we decided to go to Chinatown to look for some roasted duck??

It's been 5 month eating sausages and salad??OMG...

it's just so happy to see the street and stomach is scrolling hard..

*A MUST visit place when you're in London..

One of the reason that you must visit Carnaby Street is their FOOD!!

This is a Chinese noodles bar with a modern open kitchen style...

They are just serving ordinary wonton mee, 'real' maggi goreng..etc etc..

the main attraction is the atmosphere and the simple food they served.....
Restaurant name : ChaCha Moon
Location : On Carnaby Street opposite the beer lounge

*just a plain simple red colour with little design...nice!

We had been there for 3 time for the entire 3d2n trip...
this show how good is this restaurant...make us go back again!!
Price was reasonable and the taste was totally similiar to our chinese food!!

14]Breakfast La Mian-
with battered fried mushroom, a piece of crispy pork belly
and the sunny side up!!!BUT it's not chicken egg...it's DUCK egg!!!
*The taste was really good and well presented..
The only thing that I dislike is the egg was frying too long on the pan and created the hard edges...overall was really really good!!

15]Special Smoothies with - Banana, Green Tea, Soya Milk, Coconut Milk, and Pandan!!
*really yummy*what a wonderful combination....
not too thick and disable to suck, not too watery..Just so simple!

After the energitic breakfast....we head to Hyde Park for a free tour!!
Gathering place was around this Wellington Arch..
This repeat on everyday at 11.am & 4pm...
This 2 and half hour walking tour mainly covering all main sites in the city...
Such as Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Changing of guard @ Birkingham Palace

According to David he used to perform there since he's playing in a band and also as a singer....it's really cool!!!!
I was way to hungry and i had 2 main course....and as i said was too hungry..

their food was not really bad, but ChaCha Moon is even better....

It's stutgart Black forest trip to visit our mate!!

hello all my friends and family....sorry for never posting for long long time...

I know u all been waiting for post...

this following post is abt wilson and I,

visiting our friend @Black Forest, Freiburg..

we got to leave our house damn early that day,

becoz we got to transit few times in order to reach there...

let the picture do the talking then~~~

while waiting in the train we camwhores lo...haha...

this was in 1 of the transit station...

since train coming not so soon...camwhore again lo...keke

once we reach there @ freiburg....we head to tortnau...
we went to this place to have something like roller coaster..
but the brake is on ur both hand...it's slide from the top of the mountain...
we got to take a open air cabin type cable car to go up the hill....

a nearer view of the slide....
it's actually start at the top right of the picture on the hill there!!

while taking the cable car to top of the hill....

the hill was actually quite high...
it takes us abt 15-20minutes to reach the top...

the process of sliding down I really cant manage to take picture...
becoz it's just too fast!!lol...
the blue car hangging above of this pic is the car I was saying....
the braking system is control by both of our hand....lol...

after the fun ride....we back to their home place to put down our stuff...
then we head to a place called feldsee..
which there's a very big lake with very clear water...

we had bbq dinner for both night in freiberg....

we just put as many wood as we have...to make a big campfire....

I am hugging on the wood and have a rest...kena snapp....haihz...

the 2nd morning we was just walking around the place and relax...
and I found this number 3 on the head of this cow...

those small white dot is actually white sheep....
which is specailly hired there to eat those grass...
to save cost on trimming the grass...smart idea.....

there goes 2nd day....and we have same bbq dinner too...with some beers....

this was 3rd day...
we went to Titisee...which is a man-made lake...
they have famous blackforest cake here...and also their famous cockoo-clock..

this is one of the main cockoo-clock exporter...most tourist visit this shop...

and we had our lunch at this Bergsee restaurant...

this is my Onion Soup with a Cheese Toast...

it was raining so bad just right after our lunch...
and we like waited for abt half and hour for the rain to get smaller,
then we head back to train station...

and guess what???????????????
I went to the slide again..becoz it's just so fun!!!it's so cooling...so niceeee
but I lost my cap there this 2nd time...becoz was going flying tooooo fast adi...
and my cap flew away also.... :(

I had took the Titisee train statoin just right b4 the train depart....

there's go our blackforest trip to visit our friends there...
it's totally fun, relax and enjoy!!!!!!!!!

Well....i been really quite a long time never do update in this blog....

this week i just switch schedule with wilson...
means i am going to work night shift and wilson going to work breakfast shift....
Few weeks ago we had visit a garden of friend of mine here for a bbq dinner....
it's small garden with a small resthouse...
every1 need to prepared something for that dinner...a.k.a potluck la...

EXPERIENCE WITH A 3 MICHELIN STAR CHEF
Mr.Harald Wolfahrt is a germany 3 michelin star chef who own a restaurant in black forest....and he is invited to our hotel to cook a four course meal to served 160 pax special invited guest of a 'special' event in our hotel....and so nice that we have chance to work for him....and i was working from 5.00am to midnight and have some beer with them until 1.00am...still standing after 20hour...it's very nice experience thou....at the end we took a picture with him.....let's the picture do the talking....

skewered prawn and scallop served on coconut risotto and curry sauce

Beef Tenderloin with truffle crusting served with morel and brocolli

after all the Rhine cruise trip, we took a train back to frankfurt and have dinner to celebrate wilson birthday...it's called shangri-la mongolish and chinese restaurant with some sushi all u can eat...overall not bad...we enjoyed the whole dinner....

head = half spoiled tomato

Sunday & Monday to frankfurt town...

DAY1 @ frankfurt(29/03/2009)
here begin for our day trip to frankfurt again...
it's really a sunny day....

we travelled there with train, then while we walking around the town area to "window shopping"

since all the shop closed on Sunday..
then we went to the ramen shop again called KUMON...
both of us have shoyu ramen and a gruner tee...
while we walking around the Romer area before crossing the river..

we saw this china man wearing a 'bao qing tien' constume..
doing some dangerous actian to gain some coin to buy a sausage bun maybe???haha

Frankfurt actually is seperate to 2 part by river...
that is the paul church historical building which that is the another side of the busy city...

once we cross to the river, we reach a place called apfel-wien quater..
where there's a shop called Sushi Queen which we had our sushi....

we had walked around that area before we go back to bad soden....
this is a picture i asked wilson to take for me since i getting more handsome adi...haihz...

while taking that picture actually i am boiling our BAKKUTTEH...
we bought a pork knuckle and 2 row of ribs...and let it boil boil boil.....

in cold weather and eating hot bakkutteh...it's really make ur stomach warm...
once finish i get to sleep adi..the next day was working...
but still manage to go town again after work since wilson is off also...

DAY2 @ frankfurt(30/03/2009)
ppl use to say : "外国的天空比较美"(the sky at oversea is nicer than you country)
i dunno izzit true man...haha...
this is on the way to railway station...

while we reach the station nearby our apartment...
the train will only depart in 15minutes more...
we manage to grab a hot chocolate and a piece of kase kuchen mit pfisch(cheese cake with peach)

as usual..
when we reach we will just walking, searching, shopping, running, finding, drinking and also eating..EATING...
it's around 3 something at the afternoon...of course hungry lah..
i tried this currywrust(which is sausage slices with curry sauce)with bread

This is the big charcoal sausages griller stall which operates by 4 women only....

after eating and walking.....we went back home around 8.30 and reach bad soden for dinner ar 9 something at a doner's kebab stall...
i had a rigatoni with ham,egg,tomatoes and cream sauce....
wilson had a pizza with salami...total only cost us 10euro...
it's really a big big portion and sorry no picture for that....

this is because it's my 1st time to see snow in LIVE...yes!!it's snowing....

yesterday was working morning shift too...
then went out to the store to get something....
then saw outside is like raining...so dun care and continue 2get my stuff...
AFterrrrrr that....when closing the door...and get to see properly...
it's flying everywhere.."why rain will fly in the air 1???"i was thinkin abt...
hahaha....then only i noe that's SNOW-ing...
then go into the kitchen tell every1..it's snowing outside...it's snowing..."...

hello mr.german!!!
i noe i can work very hard...but sometimes dun push us until the edge...1st at all, we need to cycle so far from home and back home, and we are working more hours than u all do??what is this man??it's all scheduled...actually i can go back at 2.00pm becoz i came at 5.00am...so if u come at 7.00am means u go back at 4.00pm..but but but why am i need to work until 4.00pm??that means i work more than 11 hour man!!! it breaks the german law...which every employees only can work less than 10 hour...but why why why we are wokring more harder???when we ready to go home, ask us to wash the table then only can go...isn't it that's ur job man???then almost everyday ask me clean up the vegetable chiller...it's very frustrated sometimes...i got a feel like a foreign worker only....haihz...however...this 6 month is really a so called TRAINING...it's really train my muscle, my mentality, my strength and so so....after i go back i will be stronger than every1!!!haha...anyway...just a way to think more positive becoz i still got 5 more month to go...so..i gonna cook my pasta now for my dinner b4 i go for sleep...tml work at 5.00 also..means got to wake up at 4.00am...tata...

while we walking on the street, we saw this man with this portable grilled with an unbrella on his head...selling this hot sausage bun...the bun is not as crunchy as we think as...it's chewvy but because of the bratwrust(sausage) make it taste wonderful with mustard and ketchup...yummy

when we walking more futher to bucker, we saw this dunno what building...
it looks like a church, looks like a musical house...actually i also dunno...haha...

Actually this bull and bear is just something infront of 1 shop

and i bought the jeans i wearing in this photo for 27 euro
the actual price for the jean is 69 euro...i save money!!haha

Guten Morgen...to all my friend and family members.... Sorry that never post for so long and I noe u all are waiting for post and visited everyday…haha…really really sorry….the post is out atlast....enjoy reading!! This Monday me and wilson able to have off together and we are went to Zeil at frankfurt am main which is the famous shopping street in town....At early morning that we suppose to wake up at 8.00am...to get ready then go for a breakfast then begins our trip....BUT...we slept over until 10.00am...haha..but still manage to get a train at 11.00...then walked to the station around 10.30...before we reach the train station there's a bakery shop that selling good cheese bun....therefore we went there for our breakfast....they are selling various type of bread and also doughnuts(which they call it berliner)…I had a salami cheese sandwiches and wilson had an egg sandwiches...we shared croissant together also to go with a cup of coffee….then we head to the train station at Bad Soden(taunus) to get our ticket….so ngam the train is still waiting there then we “jump” into the train…haha…it takes around 30 minutes only for us to go our destination which is konstablerwache where the shopping street located…the whole street is full of people and also bicycle…really no jokes....it’s everywhere…the 1st shop we go in is H&M…it’s like the Germany style of FOS or Top shop….the price is almost like Topshop or just cheaper…after that we went to some shoe shops like foot locker,sports arene etc… which the whole wall of that shop is full of SHOE…then both of us found a shop called Carhart…a brand which we cant get it from Malaysia according to the info from Wilson…and just nice they are having sales on their denims…we both get few to the fitting room and get a try…then we decided to get 1 for each of us…but t-shirt for next time when our salary is out!! along the shopping street there’s a lot of small stall selling food!! And it’s FOOD!! We went trying the sausages with hard rolls top with mustard and ketchup… the auntie anne type of bread top with a lot of cheese then bake it...eat while hot…whoah..it’s damn nice…cold weather with hot food...while walking along the street we found a shopping mall with a hole….it’s hard to explain the hole…just look at those picture below the post after reading all…then the last place we went before our dinner is the branded street…it’s just full of branded stuff from Gucci, LV,Hugo, Burberry,lacoste….etc etc…their LV and Gucci is 2 shop lot’s and it’s 3 storey…imagine how big is that…after walking and shopping for so long, we are hungry again…so its our dinner time…so we went to an Italian restaurant which the price is more reasonable to compare with others…so we decided to have pasta dishes and some beer…after the meal and before we go back to the train station, we walk around Zeil area to see the night view and the different between the day and night…it’s totally quite after our dinner…their opening hour only until 8.00pm..from the buzy street become a place where a lot of beggar start to appear…I found this guy playing very good violin infront of a shop with the song ..ah so..i gave him 50 cent….keke…when the time reach around 9,we head back to the station we came and get our ticket to go back to Bad Soden…that’s all for the trip to Zeil for the 1st time…haha...too bad since my posting fail...so i only post words...picture will be coming very soon....next week going to frankfurt together btw...since monday and tuesday is off together..so...sorry for waited so long...thx..leave some comment if there's...take care...CIaoz....

haha..atlast manage to get time and chance to use the lobby computer to post a blog...
Here come the story begin,once upon a time.....this is
*the hotel i going to wokr for 6 month*

*we move to our new apartment...*

*the picture after cleaning...we dun have the before 1...*
the view from our window to outside our apartment..we are staying at the lower floor...after doing all the cleaning..only realize that its really really hungry..

then we went to a market nearby to look for food...

*1st lunch and also 1st meal that we have in germany...ham sandwiches...*
*dessert after sandwiches..soft donut with strawberry jam filling inside..*
yummy yummy..

after charging with food...we cycle around to see the houses and shop...
*temporary the 1st chinese restaurant i saw here*

this is our dinner for the 1st night...haha...dun have a bowl so just eat with the pot...
we cook korean kimchi ramen with egg added in and bottled sausages(its cook and soak in water in glass bottle) Thats the end of 1st day...smiles...

Part I of genting trip with popo....

15th February....

This trip to Genting Highland is not to visit uncle lim at his casino...
is for me to accompany my grandma with her friend and also to relax and eat eat eat....
10.00 am >>>>aunty reach our hse to pick us up....
11.30 am >>>>reached Genting but then we cant manage to get our carpark..
12.00 pm >>>>atlast get 1 car park....went to rResort hotel lobby...
12.30 pm >>>>then only start to check in....but luckily they are efficient....

after get all our bags into our room...
all of us is already very very very very very hungry...
so decided to go to the mamak and also the only mamak at genting...
we ordered nasi campur, rojak, mihun goreng.....rojak is the best...
others is like too salty or not enough salt.....sad case...
maybe they change head chef adi....hahahahahahahahahaahaah

so left me and my aunty..we went shopping until 3.30pm only.....

we decided to go to starbuck to sit down..and continue chit chat...
i take green tea latte...and she take some kind of tea....
the green tea latte is very bad la...
the green tea powder is too strong until it cause some bitterness...dunno izit that gambling will make ppl tired or hungry...
after we meet them up...we went to the same mamak again....
to have maggie soup...and some tea...
the reason is that those store selling maggi cup only already cost RM3.20
the best choise still go to mamak...it's only Rm3.80 with egg and vege....woohoo...
before go back to our room still manage to take picture with my grandma...
and also her friends..... : )

Valentine's Day Rock climbing course @ Camp5

Today woke up at 9.00am...then do a fast wash-up...then drive straight to Lauren's house...
we head to OneU straight after pick her up....reach there just 10.00am...start to fill in forms..bla bla bla...then we move on to the theory part which is the 1st part of our course....we learnt how to tie a knot with the rope and the correct function for all the device only...we had our lunch at Restaurant Sri Melaka which is suggested by Lauren during the lunch break for 1 hour until 1.00pm....

After the lunch break....we are finally allow to start practicing on the rock...

so decided to take a car and go down to the highway,
all the way head to Kuala Lumpur at 10.00pm....
without any destination and plan..
we reached our 1st choise which is petaling street at 10.15...
but 3 of them had the came out with the same answer NO!! NO!! NO!!
then i called my aunt which stay around that area,
to suggest us where to have our supper...
Atlast decided to go JALAN PUDU...to have the POP (Pork Organs Porridge)
also a.k.a zhu zhap zhuk.....

Hey all my friend....
currently i am studying culinary courses in KDU college
had just finish my syllabus in M'sia
and i'm goin to do my industrail placement in Germany from 21st Feb
time for my flight not comfirm yet la..most probabbly is at night la
training period is 6 month...until 21st August only
after the training will have a 2 week Europe trip
will start to travel from Germany to Austria-Vienna, to Italy-Milan, to Barcelona,
atlast will go the the Paris...hahaha...
PRADA i am coming

LV i am coming
will try to save money for the 6 month and will going to spend all them in paris...
then will be coming bak on 4th sept
