This is what a Chef will do when nothing to do inside the kitchen.....:)

watermelon sculpture that head chef asked me to do....
the wordings is : DORINT HOTEL

they are like so shock after seeing i do this....haha...

this is done by using the trimming of the top of watermelon...

all is make from rubbish...
head = half spoiled tomato
eye = spoiled grapes
nose = cucumber
lips and eat= radish skin
teeth = ham
hair = dill

this is made by the head of cucumber...



this is actually the plate after i eat sushi in Geisha..
A tree with 2 birds....
it's made by soya sauce,wasabi,and also the prawntail for the birds...
